Intouch Advanced Therapies is a therapy clinic based in Bearsden, a suburb of Glasgow. 

As well as providing a range of complementary therapies, we specialise in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain such as back pain, repetitive strain injuries, and muscle strain.

Intouch was set up by Jill Maden, a highly qualified Massage Therapist and Postural Alignment Specialist, after her own experiences with chronic pain. In 1996 she put her back out so badly she could barely walk.  She tried various treatments to “fix it” and some of them helped in the short term.  Unfortunately, no sooner had she got herself out of pain than she would go and do something that caused her back to go out again.  These treatments were helping the symptoms she felt, but not the cause.  It wasn’t until she tried the Egoscue Method of Postural Alignment that she finally got to the root of the problem.  Since then she has gone on to study more about the causes of pain and techniques that can be used to resolve it.  Through this advanced training, her postural work and working with hundreds of clients over the years, she, and her team of therapists, now provide highly effective therapies for:
