Booking Conditions

Please arrive in time for your appointment.
If you arrive late and another appointment is booked afterwards, your appointment may still have to end on time. If the next appointment is free, and time permits, I shall run over to make up the time.
If I'm running late I shall ensure you receive your full allocation of time.
If you have to cancel your appointment please give as much notice as possible so that it can be allocated to another client. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee of £10 being charged but I shall only charge this cancellation fee if your slot is not rebooked.
The full fee will be charged for appointments neither kept nor cancelled.
